This edition is dedicated  to  the memory of my old good friend Dan Cooper, who helped make the video and asked East Avenue Recording  to provide music for the soundtrack. Dan passed away  on April 4th, 2005. He was one of the most intelligent and creative people in our circle, and we miss him.                                             Rest in Peace, old friend
